Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Draft notice. These terms are a starting template. They must be completed with the company's details and reviewed by a qualified lawyer before the service launches. Highlighted items are still missing.

1. Who we are

IPTV Europa is operated by [To be completed: company legal name], [To be completed: registered address], registration number [To be completed: company registration number], VAT number [To be completed: VAT number]. Contact: support@iptv-europa.com.

2. The service

IPTV Europa provides subscription plans for a fixed billing period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and a chosen number of simultaneous devices (1 to 4), together with setup guides published on this website. The exact content and price of a plan are those confirmed to you in writing before you pay.

3. Ordering and payment

An order request sent through this website is not yet a contract. A contract is concluded when we confirm your order and the price by email and you complete payment. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not handle card data ourselves.

4. Acceptable use

A plan is for private, non-commercial use on the number of devices you selected. You may not resell or share access, redistribute or record streams beyond what the law allows, or use the service in public venues.

5. Guides and editorial content

Articles and guides are provided for general information. We take care to keep them accurate, but apps, devices and laws change, and guides are not legal advice.

6. Third-party apps and devices

Player apps, operating systems and devices mentioned on this site are products of their respective owners. IPTV Europa is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for their availability or behaviour.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the EU and the UK have statutory rights of withdrawal for distance contracts. How these apply to our plans, and our voluntary refund terms, are set out in the Refund Policy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are liable only for foreseeable damage caused by a breach of our essential obligations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [To be completed: country of establishment / governing law]. If you are a consumer, you additionally keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. The European Commission's online dispute resolution information is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The version in force when you ordered continues to apply to that order.
