Your statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK and order online, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. For digital services, the law allows this right to end early only if you expressly ask for the service to start during the withdrawal period and acknowledge the consequences. We will ask for that confirmation clearly during ordering where it applies.
To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to support@iptv-europa.com with your name and the email address used for the order.
